Section 25: Transfer of land or sub-lease

Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012'State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) The lessee may further transfer or sub-let the land, the terras and conditions and other provi­ sions contained in these rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to trans­ feree or sub lessee, as if the land in question has been let out or trans­ ferred by the Local Authority.

(2) The period of the sub-lease shall be determined by the lessee but in no case it shall exceed beyond the period of original lease.

(3) The sub-leases shall be governed by all other terms and con­ ditions prescribed Ln these rules or any separate orders that may be issued in specific matter in tfiis behalf by the State Government, from time to time.
