Section 34: Revocation of allotment

Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012'State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

If after the allotment or execu­ tion of lease deed it is found that the allotment or lease deed have been obtained by way of misrepresentation, on the basis of fraudulent docu­ ments, with collusion, in contravention of law or any terms and condi­ tions of allotment or lease deed are violated then the Local Authority shall after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the allottee re­ voke the allotment and the land along with any construction thereon, shall be deemed to be vest in the Local Authority free from all encum­ brances, and the Local Authority shall not be liable for any damage, whatsoever caused to any person.
