The land allotted on payment of premium shall farther be subject to levy oTsuch rent, rev enue, betterment tax and development charges or other charges as may be imposed by the State Government or the Local Authority and shall further be subject to such terms and conditions and restrictions as 40 Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission )Rules, 2012 the State Government or the Local Authoiity may impose or order under any law or enactment for time being in force in this regard.
