To cover the cost of academic administration, management of student records, and conduct of thesis evaluation and other similar matters, a fee shall be chargeable from the Recognised Centre, as decided by the Board of Studies from time to time, payable to the Regional Centre and in addition, each student registered with the Recognised Centre shall pay the academic administration fee as fixed by the Board of Studies from time to time to the Recognised Centre.
