Section 159A: Convening of court-martial at Delhi/New Delhi

Regulations for the Navy Part IICentral Regulations · 1957

An officer empowered by a admission from the Chief of the Naval Staff to order court-martial in Delhi or New Delhi shall be entitled to convene such court-martial even in the presence of an officer superior in rank to him and in command of one or more of the ships of the Indian Navy.
