Section 22: The Academic Council

Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 15 of 2012

1. The Academic Council shall consist of the following namely:

(a) The Vice-Chancellor - Chairman .

(b) The Registrar - Secretary.

2. The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provision of this Act, the Statutes and the rules, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the University
