Section 23: The Finance Committee

Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018State Act of Jharkhand · Act 15 of 2012

(1) The Finance committee shall consist of the following namely:

(a) The Vice-Chancellor - Chairman.

(b) The Registrar - Secretary.

d) Such other members as may be prescribed by Statutes.

(2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and rules, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
