Section 120

The Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act,1998State Act of Sikkim · Act 7 of 1998

(1) The Board and the Authority may associate with themselves in such manner and for such purposes, as may be prescribed, any person whose assistance or advice they may consider necessary in performing any of their functions assigned to them under this Act.

(2) Any person associated under sub-section (1) shall have the right to take part in the discussions in the meeting of the Board and the Authority relevant to the purpose but shall not have the right to vote and shall not be construed as a member for any other purpose.
