(1) The Board may, by a resolution, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, may also be exercised by any Authority, orby any District Planning Committee and the municipal bodies constituted under the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 1995 or a panchayat constituted under the Sikkim Panchayat Act, 1993 as the case may be, or by any officer of the Board or the Government or the Authority, or the District Planning Committee or the rnuniclpal body or a panchayat as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
(2) The Chief Town Planner may, by an order in writing, delegate any power 49 exercisable by him under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, to any officer of the Board or the Government or any Authority or the District Planning Committee or the municipal bodies or a panchayat in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein, ,
(3) The Authority by a resoultion direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, except the power to prepare perspective pian, development plan, annual plans or development schemes 01 to make regulations may also be exercisable by any other local authority or any officer of the Government or the Authority orthe District Planning Committee orthe municipal bodies or a.panchayat in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein:
Provided that the delegation to an officer of the Government shall require prior Government sanction.
(4) The Town Planning Member may, by an order in writing, delegated any power exercisable by him under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder to any officer subordinate to him in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as Power of the may be specified therein.
