Section 91

The Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act,1998State Act of Sikkim · Act 7 of 1998

(1) The Board shall prepare every year on its activities, during that year and submit the report to the Government in such form on or before such date as may be prescribed and the Government shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before the State Legislature.

(2) The Authority, shall prepare every year a report on its activities during that year clearly specifying sector-wise physical tagets achieved alongwith regular financial statements and submit the report to the Government and the Board in such form on or before such date, as may be prescribed.
