(1) The Board and the Authority shall constitute for the benefit of their whole time paid members, officers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed, such pension and provident funds as it may deem fit.
(2) Where any pension or provident fund has been constituted, the Government may declare that the provisions of the General Provident Fund (Sikkim Services) Rules, 1984 and the Sikkim Services (Pension) Rules, 1990 shail apply mutatis mutandis.

93. Simultaneously with the corning into force of the provisions of this Act in any area by notification under sub-section (3) of section i with effectfrom such date as may be specified therein, the Government shall frame a scheme determining -
(a) the Government authorities or the development authorities, if any, or by whatever name called, constituted under any other law in force in the area, which shall cease to exist from the said date;
(b) the transfer of all the officers and empioyees of the authorities as mentioned in clause (a) above to the concerned Authority, from the said date;
(c) proportion of all properities, funds and dues which are vested in or realisable by the authorities mentioned in clause (a) which shall vest in or be realisable by Authority or authorities, as the case may be;
(d) proportion of ail liabilities which are enforceable against the authorities mentioned in clause (a) above which shall be enforceable by the authorities, as the case may be;
(e) for the purpose of realising properties, funds and dues referred to in clause (c) above, the functions of the authorities mentioned in clause
(a) above shall be discharged by the Authority.
