Section 10: Accounts, receipts and documents of the Small Industries Bank by whom to be signed

Small Industries Development Bank of India (General) Regulations, 2000Central Regulations · 1989

The chairman and managing director, the whole-time directors, the executive directors, the chief general managers, the secretary, chief accountant, the general managers, the joint general manager, the deputy general managers, the assistant general managers and such officers of the Small Industries Bank as the Board may authorise in this behalf to such extent and subject to such limitations, if any, as the Board may specify or impose in so authorising, are hereby severally empowered for and on behalf of the Small Industries Bank to endorse and transfer promissory notes, stock-receipts, stocks, debentures, shares, securities and documents of title to goods, standing in the name of or held in the name of or held by the Small Industries Bank, and to draw, accept and endorse bills of exchange and other instruments in the current and authorised business of the Small Industries Bank and to sign all other accounts, receipts and documents connected with such business.
