Section 11: Plaints, etc., by whom to be signed

Plaints, written statements, rejoinders, complaints, petitions, applications, affidavits, vakalatnamas and all other documents connected with legal proceedings may be signed, verified and presented before any court, tribunal or authority on behalf of the Small Industries Bank by any officer empowered by or 59 under the regulation 10 to sign documents for and on behalf of the Small Industries Bank.
