Every multi-system operator, either directly or through his linked local cable operator, shall, before providing cable services through Digital Addressable System, establish a website which shall, inter-alia, contain the information pertaining to the services offered by such multi-system operator and the details of its complaint centre, complaint redressal system, complaint monitoring system, citizen charter, nodal officer etc.
