Section 71: स᳊ाव मᱶ कᳱ गई कारᭅवाई का सरंᭃण

(1)के᭠ᮤीय सरकार या म᭎ुय िनयंᮢक या िनयंᮢक के ᳰकसी ऐसी कारᭅवाई के िवᱨ᳍ कोई अिभयोग, अिभयोजन या कोई अ᭠य ᭠याियक कायᭅवाही नहᱭ कᳱ जाएगी, जो उनके ᳇ारा उᲦ िनयमᲂ के अनसुरण मᱶ स᳊ाव मᱶ कᳱ गई ह।ै

(2) के᭠ᮤीय सरकार या मु᭎य िनयंᮢक या िनयंᮢक के ᳰकसी ऐसी कारᭅवाई स ेᱟई कोई ᭃित या ᳰकसी स᭥भािवत ᭃित के िलए िवᱨ᳍ कोई अिभयोग, या कोई अ᭠य ᭠याियक कायᭅवाही नहᱭ कᳱ जाएगी, जो उनके ᳇ारा उᲦ िनयमᲂ के अनसुरण मᱶ स᳊ाव मᱶ कᳱ गई ह।ै
