Section 104: Completion certificate

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1987

On completion of a work, a certificate to the effect the work has been completed as per the plan and estimates shall be submitted within three months from the date of such completion

(i) by the Engineering Supervisor of the market committee in respect of a work for which he is competent to accord technical sanction; and

(ii) by the Executive Engineer in respect of the other works.
