Section 34: Payment of wages to a home

The Tamil Nadu Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1966

worker - Where raw materials are supplied to a home-worker at his home, the wages due to him shall also be paid at his home:

Provided that an Inspector may, if he considers it expedient so to do in the circumstances of any case, specify in respect of any home – worker any other place or places at which wages shall be paid.
