Section 35: Returns

The Tamil Nadu Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1966

(I) The employer of every industrial premises shall send to the competent authority on or before the 10th day of every month, a monthly return in form no XI.

18 (II) The employer of every industrial premises shall furnish an annual return in Form No. XII on or before the 30th April of every year to the competent authority.
