The licensee shall provide and maintain sufficient and accurate measures, scales and weights and other necessary and reasonable appliances such as gauging rods, standards sacchrometer and thermometer to enable the Excise Supervisory Officer and other officers to take account of or check by weight, gauge, or measure all materials and liquids used or produced in brewing and provide sufficient lights, ladders and other conveniences to enable the Excise staff to perform their duties.
