The Excise Supervisory Officer may, by order, require the licensee to provide with such weights, measures, scales and other appliances and where the licensee disputes such requisition, the licensee may, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order, file an appeal to the Commissioner or other officer authorised in this behalf whose decision thereon shall be final.
