Section 49: Kinds of receptacles

Tamil Nadu Distillery Rules, 1981State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1937

Spirits shall be issued from distilleries in the following receptacles:-

(i) Stainless steel drums: G.I. or wooden barrel;

(ii) Road tankers or Railway tank wagons;

(iii) Carboys with effective sealing facilities;

(iv) Samples in glass bottles; or

(v) any other material not injurious to health and approved by the Commissioner.
