| Long title | In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17-B, 17-C, 17-D, 17-E, 18, 18-B, 18-C and 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following rules for the establishment and working of distilleries, for regulating the manufacture, issue, transport and export of spirits including denatured spirit therefrom and for the inspection and supervision thereof:- |
