Section 6: Competent authority to be public servant

The Tamil Nadu Educational Development Day (Declaration and Celebration) Act, 2006State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 26 of 2006

The competent authority appointed under section 5 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
