Section 10: Returnable date of summon

Tamil Nadu Family Courts (Procedure) Rules, 1996.Central Rules · 1984

Unless otherwise ordered, the summons shall be returnable within three weeks from the date of the issue, if the respondent resides within the local limits of the Court and within four weeks from the date of issue, if the respondent resides outside the local limits.
