Section 70: Publication of names of elected candidates

Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2001

The Returning Officer shall arrange to display on the Notice Board at his office and in the office of the Distributory Committee concerned a notification signed by him indicating the names of the duly elected candidates in Form 25. The Returning Officer shall arrange to publish the names of elected candidates in the District Gazette.
