Section 74: Nomination of candidates

Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2001

(1) Any member of the General Body of the Project Committee may file his nomination in Form-5 for the office of Chairman or member, proposed by one member of the General body of the Project Committee to the Returning Officer appointed by the Collector.

(2) On receipt of nomination form, the nomination form shall be numbered serially, in the order in which it is received and give a receipt in Form-6.
