Section 81: Counting of votes

Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2001

At the end of the poll, the votes shall be counted and the results recorded in Form-23 and the ballot paper account is prepared in Form-22. If equality of votes exist the procedure outlined in rule 52 shall be followed.
