Section 82: Declaration of results

Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2001

(1) The candidate who secured the highest number of votes shall be declared to have been elected for the Office of Chairman of Project Committee and the fact recorded in Form-24.

(2) The certificate of election shall then be issued to the elected candidate in Form-26 on the same day under due acknowledgement.

(3) The Returning Officer shall also display Form-24 in this regard on the Notice Board, at his Office.
