Section 3: Exclusion of time for limitation

The Tamil Nadu Inam Abolition Laws (Validation of Proceedings) Act, 1986.State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 61 of 1986

In computing the period of limitation for an appeal against, or for an application for execution of, an order specified in section 2, the period between the passing of such order and the date of publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, shall be excluded.
