Section 10: Commencement of operations by Authorised Service Provider

Tamil Nadu Information Technology (Electronic Service Delivery) Rules, 2016State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2000

The Authorised Service Provider shall commence its commercial operation for Electronic Service Delivery only after —

(1)

(2) it has confirmed to the Director of Electronic Service Delivery the adoption of procedures and standards specified under these rules; and it has installed facilities and infrastructure associated with efficient delivery of electronic services and in an error-free manner.
