The Board shall ensure that the expenses of the staff including the staff employed for carrying out the programmes of the Board and other administrative expenses shall not exceed fifty per cent. of the annual income of the fund.

Publication of Annual Report of Board—The Board shall prepare and submit to the State Government for approval an audited statement of receipt and expenditure together with an Annual Report giving its activities of the Board in the year and the activities of the Board in the next year within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the audited report.
