In the event of excess payment or wrong payment or outstanding dues, if any, the dues from the Member or the Former Member, shall be deducted from the subsequent payment payable under these Rules. In the case of death of a Member or Former Member, the dues, if any, shall be recovered from the family pension or from his legal heir or recovered under the Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 (Tamil Nadu Act II of 1864) as if, it were an arrear of land revenue.
