Section 27: Governing Council to submit annual aLcounts

(1 ) The ani, n ! I accounts of the University shall be submitted by the Goveriiing Council to such examination and audit as the Goverllrnent may direct,

(2) The Governing C~uncil shall settle objections raised ill such audit and carry out such instructions as may be issued by the Govern- ) ment on the audit report, as prescribed in the statutes.

' (3) The accounts when audited shall be published by the Governing . Council in such manner as may be prescribed by the ordinances and copies thereof shall be'submitted to the Senate at its next meeting, and to the Gdvernment within three months of such publication, . .
