(c) Faculty of Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology ahd Surgical ,Specialities ;
(dj Faculty of Community ~eal th ; Social Sciences and History of Medicine ;, I , (e) Faculty of Dentistry, pharmacy and Nursing ; and
(f) sqch other Faculty as may be prescribed by the statutes.
(2) The constitution and functions of the Faculties shall, in $1 - other respects, be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
I , (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the ''Stand&tg Academic Board may, on the recommendation of the Governing ' Council, appoint any teacher of the University as a member of a Faculty.

(2) The Planning Board shall consist of the following members, namely :- . I r b (a) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the P lanp ing Board; and ,
(b) not more than eight persons of high academic standing nominated by the Governing Council, ,
(3) The Planning Board shall, in addition to all other powers in it by this Act, have the right to advise the Governing Council-an Standing Academic Board on any academic matter.
(4) ~ h k term of ofice of the nominated lpembers of the Planning Board shdll be three years and they age eligible for re-nomination after the expiry of their term of office.
