Section 10: Submission of the New Town Development Plan to the Government

New Town Development Plan preparation, publication and sanction Rules, 1983State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

(1) The New Town Development Plan as passed at such meetings as referred in sub-rule

(3) of rule 9 shall be submitted to the Government through the Director within three months and shall be accompanied by eight copies of the modified plan with all enclosures.

(2) (a) The fact of such submission shall be published by a notice in Form 3 on the Notice Board of the New Town Development Authority.

(b) A copy of such notice shall also be sent to the District Collector concerned.
