Section 36: Disqualification of voters

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act,1994State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 21 of 1994

No person who is of unsound mind and declared so by a competent Court and no person who is disqualified under Section 35 shall be qualified to vote so long as the disqualification subsists.
