Section 4: Returns to be placed at the meeting and to be public document

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Disclosure of Assests and Liabilities by Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of Panchayat Union Council) Rules,…State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

(1) After the receipt of the return specified in Rule 3, the Commissioner shall cause it be placed at the meeting of the Panchayat Union Council and send a copy to the Inspector.

(2) Such return shall be deemed to be a public document and the Commissioner, with the permission of the Panchayat Union Council, may, subject to such condition including payment of fees specified in Rule 5 give to any person on demand a copy of such return.
