Section 4: Licence from the Executive Authority

The Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Prohibition or Regulation of the Use of places for Slaughtering Animals and Licensing of Slaughterers) Rules, 19…State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

(1) Every person who intends to obtain a licence under these Rules shall apply to the Executive Authority in Form 1 alongwith such fee as may be fixed by the Village Panchayat with the prior approval of the Inspector.

(2) On receipt of the application specified in sub-rule (1), the Executive Authority shall, if he is satisfied with the particulars specified therein, issue a licence to the applicant in Form 2 subject to such condition as may be specified in the licencee.
