In granting permissions under section 49 of the Act, the Local Plan Authority shall ensure that the development satisfies the requirements of draft Detailed Development Plan prepared under rule4. The Local Planning authority may allow minor and reasonable deviations from the plan with the prior approval of the Regional Deputy Director.
