Section 11: Extended period for admission

Tamil Nadu Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 2009

(1) The extended period for admission in a school shall be six months from the date of commencement of the academic year.

(2) Where a child is admitted in a school after the extended period, he shall be eligible to complete studies with the help of prescribed training, as determined by the State Government.
