Section 48: Extension of time to comply with certain ons

For the purpose of section 49 the further time may be allowed to a society shall not exceed 1[three months].

3148-A. Condonation ofdelay with fine.—( 1) For the se of sub-section (2) of Section 49 the authoritytent to condone the delay in complying with the time referred to in that sub—section shall be, the Registrar District concerned up to a period of three years, the Substituted by Go. Ms. No. 196, CT & RE, dated, 26-02-1986.
