Section 46: Seal

The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1975

The seal used by the Registrar shall bear the words “The Registrar ofSocieties ............ (Tamil Nadu)”.

(a) by giving or tendering it to such person; or

(b) if such person is not found, by leaving it at his last known place ofabode or business or by giving or tendering it to some adult member of his family; or

(c) if the address of such person is known, by sending it to him by post under certificate of posting.
