Section 22: Emoluments of the Consulting Engineer

TamilNadu Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution)Rule 1983State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1974

The Board may pay the consulting engineer such emoluments as the Board considers necessary depending upon the nature of the work, the qualifications and experience of the consulting engineer.

Provided that the Board shall not appoint any person to be a consulting engineer without the prior approval of the Government if the emoluments payable to him exceed rupees five thousand per month.
