Section 7: Maintaining order at the meetings

The presiding officer shall preserve order at a meeting and shall have all the powers necesSary for the purpose of enforcing his decision.

”/8. Order Of Business :- Except with thepermission of the presiding officer, no business shall be transacted at any meeting otherwise than in the order in which it is entered in the agenda.

Provided that, if any member disputes the priority accorded for transacting any business, the presiding officer shall be guided by the majority of votes for or against according such priority.
