Section 4: Notice of appointment of the Tribunal

Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Tribunal Rule, 1985.State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

(1) The Tribunal shall, immediately on assuming charge of the appointment, give notice of the date from which it will commence its function, the place at which it will hold office and the address to which all correspondence to it should be addressed.

(2)The notice under sub-rule(1) shall be published in the Tamil Nadu government Gazette, the District Gazette of the District and in one or more of the leading daily newspapers of the region., It shall be also caused to be affixed on the Notice Board of the Planning Authorities and of the Local Authorities within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
