Section 2: Definition

The Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats(Norms for Classification) Rules,2014)State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1920

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires “Average Annual income” means the average annual income of a Town Panchayat other than borrowings, time-barred deposits, non-statutory and developmental grants of three preceeding financial years.
