Section 12: Sittings of the Committee

The sittings of the Committee may be decided by the committee itself. The Chairman or the Managing Director of the Board shall have power to call for special meetings of the Committees. The Chairman and the Managing Director shall have the right to participate in the deliberations of the meeting of the Committee.
