Section 24: Savings

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board Employees(Discipline and Appeal) Regulation 1972State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

Nothing in these regulations shall operate to deprive any person of any right of appeal which he would have had if these regulations had not been made, in respect of any order passed before the date ;of coming into force of these regulations.

An appeal pending at the time when these regulations come into force shall be deemed to be an appeal under these regulations and disposed of accordingly.
