Section 26

(1) The cost of a Land Pooling Scheme shall include:-

(a) all sums payable to the Metropolitan Development Authority under the provisions of this Act;

(b) all sums spent or estimated to be spent by the Metropolitan Development Authority or licenced developer or other body authorised to undertake the Land Pooling Scheme,-

(i) in the making of the Land Pooling Scheme;

(ii) in the execution of the Land Pooling Scheme;

(iii) in the execution of such part of the peripheral and bulk services as may be considered necessary.

(2) The above costs shall be apportioned to the final cost of the developed plots accordingly.
