Section 39

The Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008.State Act of Telangana · Act 38 of 2008

(1) In enquiring into and determining any claim for payment of compensation, the Claims Commissioner may, follow such procedure as may be prescribed.

(2) The Claims Commissioner shall have regard to the provisions made in the notification issued under section 43 in determining claims.
